This was a great tour. Not only did we visit the regular Palace tour, we were able to visit other areas that were attainable only on the secret tour. Recommend to all visiting Venice

Secret tour is very interesting and worth the fee. Collecting ticket is easy. Go to ticket office via "pre-booked" line. Some minor confusion in ticket office but still very easy.

Very much enjoyed this experience, the groups are limited in size and the guide was excellent. Make sure you book the tickets before you arrive in Venice.

Very enjoyable experience, great seeing all the secret corridors and dungeons. The tour leader was very informative and I loved jumping the queue to get into the Doge's Palace. Would thoroughly recommend.

When I travel in Europe I most enjoy the history. And though in general I tend to move independently on this last trip to Italy I did book 3 tours. This one was very good and our guide was terrific. Getting detailed background information on the things we were looking at really improved the experience.

- About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
- Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
- Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
- Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
- Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
- Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
