Shared shuttle transfer service from Florence airport into central Florence.

It would perhaps be wise to start off by stressing that this service runs from Florence airport. As in the airport just outside Florence, not the one in Pisa that various low cost airlines have taken to calling Florence airport.

This is a quick and easy way of getting into town, direct to your hotel in Florence, with various pick up and drop off times across the day. Depending on traffic time the journey town into the ciy centre is between 30 and 60 minutes, and once in town you'll be taken directly to your hotel (we'll need your flight and accommodation details during the booking process).

• You must present your voucher to the driver at time of pickup.
• Airport pickup will be in the Arrival Hall at Florence Airport. Your driver will have a sign stating your name.
• Please be prompt - your driver will wait no more than 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
• If you miss your transfer you may use the next transfer without charges.
• The journey from the airport to your central hotel usually takes between 45 and 60 minutes.
• Hotel pickup will be in the foyer of your central hotel - be there 10 minutes ahead of scheduled pickup time. Please be prompt - your driver will wait no longer than five minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
• Cancellation requests or alterations must be made at least 24 working hours before the scheduled pickup time. No refund will be available for cancellations made after this time, or in the event that you aren't at the pickup point at the correct time.
• This is not a private service - the transfer will be in an 8-seater minibus and may stop en-route to pick up other clients.
• Transfer includes 1 piece of luggage per person. Extra luggage must be notified in advance, and will be charged at €5 per piece at time of pickup.
• Prices for this service are valid for transfer to/from hotels in the historical centre of Florence. Prices on request for transfers outwith the historical centre.
