You'll spend approximately an hour in the company of an experienced guide with a wealth of stories and little known facts about the the life and works of Michelangelo.
Back to The Academy, Florence
Overview
You'll meet your licenced, english-speaking tour guide near the Accademia, before a priority, skip-the-queue entrance to see the various masterpieces on offer. As well as David and other works by Michelangelo, you will see works by such artists as Giambologna and Botticelli.
As well as enjoying the masterpieces above you'll have a change to explore the Accademia with its fine collection of artworks and musical instruments. The tour runs several times in the morning on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
It is highly recommended to wear comfortable shoes as well as a sun hat on hotter days.
Please note that you'll be asked to provide a passport (or ID card for childen) for every participant in the tour.
Pick-up and drop-off and food and drinks are not included.
