What an exceptional experience we had with the concert of Andrea Bocelli!
Everything was arranged down to the last detail. Multi-course dinner the night before, lunch on the day of the concert itself and finally a driver who took us to the special entrance of Andrea Bocelli's phenomenal concert. We had exceptional seats and loved every moment, what a tremendous experience!
Thanks for arranging everything for this unforgettable evening in Andrea Bocelli's backyard in Tuscany.

My friend and I would like to say a big thank you to you and your staff for all your help and support - especially during these challenging times- for making our AB concert experience a memorable one. We were disappointed that Hall B & B chose not to re-open but overall, everything worked out and we enjoyed every minute of the concert.
We forgot to thank Irene and Luca (transfer staff) after the concert as we were so tired and sleepy but please tell them a big thank you for us as well.

The AdAstra was the perfect facility for our visit and their service was equally excellent. I'm involved in a non profit agency that raises money for 40 organizations that care for children that face substantial challenges.

We could not have been happier with our trip to see Andrea Bocelli for the concert on July 25. From start to finish it was lovely. Our stay at Podere Torricella (5 nights) was relaxing and Ina, the manager, was a delight. The luncheon she prepared for us the day of the concert was delicious. Our fellow concert goers at the farmhouse (from Australia & Bulgaria) were fun. We were able to get to know them prior to the concert day which made our included dinner the night before so much more enjoyable. Our limo driver to the show was friendly and gave us helpful tips to make our return trip smooth and expedient.

All aspects of the reservations were professionally done and made visiting Tuscany a wonderful memory. Thank you to all.

Buongiorno, I’d like to share my experience.
First of all, i’d like to thank all the staff who i contacted via email. They were VERY helpful and understanding and did their best to cater to our special situation regarding adding my daughter to the trip last minute. Thank you very very much, Pamela and Alessia.
The hotel we stayed at was amazing, the food (both breakfast and the restaurant) VERY delicious. Great transfer!
All in all we enjoyed it very much and hope to use it in the future again if those concerts still take place.

We had the best time! All the rescheduling was done to perfection. We were kept up to date on all the changes and things turned out better than anticipated! As to the Maestro...I was with my 19 year old granddaughter ... She said to me "that was a life changing experience". We are still walking on air.

My sister and I thought tickitaly did a great job. They kept us up to speed with all necessary information. The hotel had all necessary documents ready for us when we arrived. The meals planned were great.

Thank you for your note. We attended the first of two Andrea Bocelli events, which took place on a beautiful sunny evening. The Tuscan hills were spectacular
Our driver was very good, picked us up right on time and transported us there and returned us to our hotel safely and without a problem. The seats for the show were incredible second row where we could see the stage well, and the monitors as well. The concert was exceptional.
Tickitaly provided a perfect evening for us and everything was magical. This was our first day of our honeymoon. Magnificent. Thank you, Marc and Joy.

Very happy with the great effort of the tickitaly staff after the rain cancellation of the original concert. They were able to reschedule for Monday right away.
