We found our guide really good. It was quite a long tour (3 hours) but she kept our interest throughout and had lots of interesting anecdotes throughout.

The tour experience was a fantastic one. I was able to find the guide outside of the Vactican Museum and join the group. We were able to enter pretty quickly and not wait in the general long line. My guide was warm, knowledgeable and patient. She handled the group efficiently, knew where elevators were for parents with strollers, how to find missing members without stalling the group for long periods of time and provided great information about the Museum and St Peter's and the artwork.

This was a great guided tour. Probably the best I have ever been on. Our guide was outstanding. I will recommend Tickitaly to anyone going to Italy.

Despite not being religious I found the whole tour fascinating and the pictures and artefacts were stunning. The tour guide had excellent knowledge and made everything interesting

Sorry, I'm a bit late with my review, did the tour june 20th 16 and it was excellent. We had priority getting into the Vatican on the long ques waiting to get in. The success of a guided tour all depends on the guide and our guide mrs. Deborah was excellent. She gave a very good tour, was very articulate, took her time for all our questions, is aware of most of the history of both the beautiful frescos, paintings, sculptures, vatican, etc. and knows all kind of tidbits you want find anywhere else. She gave a great tour and a very good presentation. There is a lot of beautiful art and history to see/hear in these museums. I already visited Rome and the Vatican 2X before this tour and have to admit that if you don't take a tour like this you have not seen some of the most worthwhile things. And tickitaly should be your guide.

We had a very nice tourguide. She told us a lot about things we could see. We could easily find her. Due to the late arrival of other participants we entered the Vatican 15 minutes later than planned. That was a pity.

Hope the guide can come earlier than the start time. Our whole group were waiting for the tour guider more than 10 minutes after the start time. We were thought the tour may be cancelled. And there was lot of waiting inside too. We hope the tour guide can bring all the equipment and make things ready before we enter the building, which other city tours can make.

The experience was a disappointment overall as there was insuffient time to enjoy many of the main attractions- we felt like we were being rushed through due to the high/excessive volume of people. We appreciate that these factors were specific to that particular venue as we did not encounter the same experience on other tickitaly tours.

Where do these reviews come from?
About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made. In the cases that there is an issue that we have to address, such as refunds or specific complaints, we flag the review for response. In those few cases, any star rating is immediately taken into account in our ratings but the actual review is only posted once we have resolved the issue or had an opportunity to respond. Any editorial comment will be clearly highlighted like this: [Tickitaly responds: .....].
Are these reviews real or have you faked them?
All of the reviews and star ratings have come from people that have purchased tickets from us. We are very proud of the service and products that we provide, but obviously we aren't perfect and sometimes things go wrong. Once we have addressed any problems that a customer has had, we will process the original review (although we reserve the right to fix minor typos like ticketitaly).
If a review contains offensive language, abuse or personal insults, we'll publish the stars but omit the text.
