Our guide was wonderful, we loved the family working together to provide a very informative and interesting tour.Our guide was able to show us pictures of the Duomo up close so we could understand the meaning of the painting's, answer all the questions and point out all the specifics. We could take in of the wonders of Florence and the Duomo.

Our tour guide was excellent. She was very passionate. It was intresting . I also liked the fact she told us more things about florence while waiting in the line up as it was our first trip.

This was our favorite tour in Florence by far. While I couldn’t get tickets directly, tickitaly had them and without too much of a mark-up. Many resellers significantly mark up the tickets but tickitaly was reasonable. I hadn’t heard of them on different pages or forums so I was a little hesitant as to whether the tickets would actually work. No fear - they are legit and everything went as hoped.

I'm very glad I booked a ticket for this tour through tickitaly. I reached out to Palazzo Vecchio directly, but they told me that no secret passages tour would be happening that day. I then booked the ticket through tickitaly. I showed up figuring that even if I'd been cheated by tickitaly, I would be able to see the rest of the museum. Fortunately: it was NOT a scam by tickitaly, and the museum did run the tour. The tour was very interesting, and the tour guide from the museum was very informative and happy to answer questions.

TickItaly was absolutely amazing. We had an unfortunate start to our trip, and they were easy to reach by phone and accommodating. The entire staff at the meeting point across from the Accademia was wonderful. Our guide, Sara, was a sweetheart, extremely knowledgeable and great with our 11 year old daughter. Very professional tour company and well worth skipping the line in the heat.

Brilliant tour. Just the ten of us. The secret passage tour was brilliant and not too busy. The guide was fabulous. Best one in our holiday. Would recommend to anyone to do this.

Made the mistake of booking a 9.00 tour on the day after the Bocelli concert and a very late night. The mistake was rectified by Tickitaly intervention who changed booking at very short notice to the afternoon. Full marks for flexibility!

Where do these reviews come from?
About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made. In the cases that there is an issue that we have to address, such as refunds or specific complaints, we flag the review for response. In those few cases, any star rating is immediately taken into account in our ratings but the actual review is only posted once we have resolved the issue or had an opportunity to respond. Any editorial comment will be clearly highlighted like this: [Tickitaly responds: .....].
Are these reviews real or have you faked them?
All of the reviews and star ratings have come from people that have purchased tickets from us. We are very proud of the service and products that we provide, but obviously we aren't perfect and sometimes things go wrong. Once we have addressed any problems that a customer has had, we will process the original review (although we reserve the right to fix minor typos like ticketitaly).
If a review contains offensive language, abuse or personal insults, we'll publish the stars but omit the text.
