Our tour was amazing, out tour guide, Natalia? Was so well informed and she made the tour enjoyable. She was engaging and I learned so much because she was able to answer all the questions that came her way.

Our visit was very interesting and entertaining. We have been a small group of 11 people and our guide was very kind and presented the historical details with a great sense of humour. We enjoyed the possibility to see parts of the Palazzo Vecchio which were inaccessible for regular visitors.

Great tour, really knowledgable guide and it was interesting to see the restricted areas and find out more about them. Would have loved to go through the corridor linking the Palazzo Vecchio with the uffizi gallery for a look too.

Our tour guide was at the meeting point on time. He had our tickets to visit different parts of the complex and he reserved the time to climb the dome shortly after the end of our tour (the tour started at 9 am and the time to climb was 12:30). Our group was very small (5 people), so it was very easy to interact with our guide. We visited all the buildings. Our tour guide definitely loved Florence, and he explained the history of each of the buildings and pointed the most important works of art. It was a comprehensible tour at our pace - exactly the type of tour I like! Thank you very much for the wonderful experience!

This was a brilliant tour. Our guide Maria, was so knowledgable and engaging and her English was faultless. What a privilege to see the stonemasons workshop. I would recommend this tour very highly, especially if you prefer not to climb the dome!

After being late my friend and I, we gained tge site ASAP amd the guide and coordinator welcomed us with pleasure and we continued the tour with the group as planned and they gave us directions to continue tge tour on our own. We were very surprised by their reaction especially that we were late. They were very professional and with great hospitality
- Where do these reviews come from?
- About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
- Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
- Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
- Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
- Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
- Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
- Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made. In the cases that there is an issue that we have to address, such as refunds or specific complaints, we flag the review for response.
