Well organised with an excellent guide, very informative and a fascinating tour. Pleased we included St Peter's as we didn't have to join the very long queue. Fab !!

The official tour ran over to 3 hours. The heat within the building was overwhelming. The party numbers should be limited to no more than 15/16 as this is an easy group to herd through the great buildings. Overall the tour was exactly as we expected, full of information and beauty.

We throughly enjoyed our visit. It was very simple to exchange our voucher for tickets and our tour was very enjoyable. This was my third visit to the Vatican and St Peters and by far the best and most enjoyable. Our guide was excellent.

Absolutely amazing experience, our guide was extremely knowledgable, kind and attentive. Skipping the line was obviously a highlight, but would definitely do another tour through tickitaly.

The skip the queue was fantastic, appreciated especially when we saw the length of the queue as we drove up. A guided tour was very worthwhile to understand and appreciate everything we saw. Three hours sounds long but it went so quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our morning

Fabulous, because tickitaly contacted me as soon as the St. Peter's closure was announced and arranged to get us on a different tour date and time. I was very happy with tickitaly's professionalism!

Terrific. However, we did seem to spend ages standing in a hallway listening to the introduction. But I would still recommend.

The only thing which marred the visit was the sheer volume of people on ii the Vatican - but this is out of your control.

This tour was helpful for a basic understanding of all the buildings at the Vatican. I would now like to return to spend more time in the museums. I did find it difficult to hear the tour leader via the ear buds especially in the more crowded areas. If you have difficulty hearing you may want to look for ear buds that can compensate for this.

The visit was thorough and the guide very knowledgeable. The one comment I would have is that it was too fast. The site is enormous and vast requiring more time but perhaps not within the scope of 3 hours. I will want to go back..

It was a good thing that there was someone at the street corner coming out of subway showing people which way to go. It should be explained better on the ticket. Other than that the tour was excellent.

We skipped past the long queues as we had pre booked tickets through net.. Our guide can't remember her name but she was local italian girl who clearly loved her job and loved informing tourists of the must see Vatican tour..

Where do these reviews come from?
About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made. In the cases that there is an issue that we have to address, such as refunds or specific complaints, we flag the review for response. In those few cases, any star rating is immediately taken into account in our ratings but the actual review is only posted once we have resolved the issue or had an opportunity to respond. Any editorial comment will be clearly highlighted like this: [Tickitaly responds: .....].
Are these reviews real or have you faked them?
All of the reviews and star ratings have come from people that have purchased tickets from us. We are very proud of the service and products that we provide, but obviously we aren't perfect and sometimes things go wrong. Once we have addressed any problems that a customer has had, we will process the original review (although we reserve the right to fix minor typos like ticketitaly).
If a review contains offensive language, abuse or personal insults, we'll publish the stars but omit the text.
