Our guide was fantabulous. I unfortunately don't remember his name but he was an expert art historian and very passionate. Would highly recommend this tour as without our guide we would not have developed this deep insight into the treasures of the Vatican.

This was clearly the highlight of our time in Rome. The tour guide was excellent. Our wait time for the tour to get started was minimal. The only comment I would have is that the gift shop where we met is the best Vatican gift shop and those gifts are not available elsewhere. Tour participants should be advised that they will not be able to return to make purchases there if they do the full tour.

We loved our tour of the Vatican! Sylvia was a fantastic tour guide who kept us engaged. I don't think there would be a better way to visit the Vatican, I would strongly recommend!

Our tour guide, Ele, was simply fantastic. She made this tour SO interesting and exciting. Besides having an encyclopedic knowledge of history and art, she obviously was in love with the culture around her. We drank in every word. The three and a half hours of this tour passed by before we knew it. What an amazing and memorable experience. Thank you, Ele!!

Also wonderful.. definitely worth getting up early to limit the crowd size. And the guide was wonderful. Will go back to see more of the Vatican with Rick Steve's guide.

- Where do these reviews come from?
- About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
- Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
- Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
- Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
- Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
- Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
- Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed.
