Arrived exactly at 9:30 and the bus had already gone, but it was passing by the meeting point in 5 minutes so we were able to get on and enjoy the tour. Tour did not mention Castello Sforza (maybe they covered it all in 5 minutes?) and the panoramic tour of Milan ... well panoramic is hyperbole to say the least.

3 hours was too long to get to Last Supper. That was the highlight but it took to long too get there. But the guide was very good. I'm happy that someone actually came :) So thank you for that!

Wonderful tour in general. Only complaint was that the group we were in was 90% American/English speaking and 10% German speaking. That meant that the tour guide said everything in one language first, then repeated in the other. This was fine when we were on foot, but on the moving bus, it was very difficult to tell what the tour guide was referring to as the bus continued moving as she said the same 2 minute description in each language. I would highly encourage tour buses to use ONE language or be trained to STOP at the places being described by the guide so that everyone knows to what she was referring

Our tour guide 's English was difficult to understand. The time spent in the Scala was too long. Seeing the inside of thee theater was suffiient. I wish we had a narrated tour inside the Duomo. The Last Supper tour and narration was good.

The walking element of the tour and the tour guide were both very good. But (and it's a big BUT) we were very unhappy with the bus. We arrived 15 minutes before departure time of 2.30pm only to find the bus full except the very back row. I am tall. I couldn't see a thing out the window because the back seat is raised up and has very limited visibility. So the bus element of the tour was totally wasted on me.

basic group tour; just outside sites we can see by our own - cathedral, gallery, castle, and too long comments; everybody was expecting the last supper...finally we had the masterpiece ! For me the tour is a lost of time and money, but often the only way to see the last supper...

Unfortunately we had to cancel due to ill health. Most disappointing as this was to be the highlight of our visit to Milan.

Loved the visit to Pinacoteca Brera and the Last Supper, but the walk between the two locations was VERY long and not adequately described online. One lady opted to take public transportation. We really did not see much on the walk between the 2 locations. Just a very long walk through Milan. The Last Supper is beautiful and memorable.

The tour was fantastic! Our guide, who is an art historian, did an amazing job of building the story and the background of da Vinci. It all came to a crescendo at the end with the viewing of the Last Supper. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone!

We enjoyed the visit immensely, particularly thanks to our very knowledgeable, funny and pleasant guide ( was he called Daniele? ), so we were very satisfied

We enjoyed the tour but felt an extra hour would have given us a little more time to enjoy the places more. A smaller group size would have also helped. 50 people is to large a group. Possibly 35 would have been perfect.

It was one of the best experiences I've had and will always be a fantastic memory. To actually see the "Last Supper" was beyond words! The guide was wonderful and very knowledgeable.

Where do these reviews come from?
About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made. In the cases that there is an issue that we have to address, such as refunds or specific complaints, we flag the review for response. In those few cases, any star rating is immediately taken into account in our ratings but the actual review is only posted once we have resolved the issue or had an opportunity to respond. Any editorial comment will be clearly highlighted like this: [Tickitaly responds: .....].
Are these reviews real or have you faked them?
All of the reviews and star ratings have come from people that have purchased tickets from us. We are very proud of the service and products that we provide, but obviously we aren't perfect and sometimes things go wrong. Once we have addressed any problems that a customer has had, we will process the original review (although we reserve the right to fix minor typos like ticketitaly).
If a review contains offensive language, abuse or personal insults, we'll publish the stars but omit the text.
