Great tour. Wished it had not rained - so hard. Not something you control. Please know our tour guide was the best I have ever experienced. She is wonderful!

This was a good fit with the short time we had available in Milan. Just wish we could have gone inside the Duomo.

The tour guide (woman who spoke English and German) was fantastic! She was attentive, friendly, funny and very professional. She kept us on time yet was very thorough about the places we visited. I enjoyed the trip so much and would recommend your company and our tour guide for any tour. It was the best tour I have ever taken.

Visiting the Last Supper is a must do when in Milan and pre purchasing tickets was definitely the way to go. If we had of waited until we were in Milan we would not have been able to view the Last Supper

Your tour of Milan was wonderful. We saw everything we had expected to see. Unfortunately we had to leave the tour a little early to catch a train back to Rome. But over all it was a great day.

We really enjoyed our visit/tour overall. Our guide was very pleasant and knowledgeable. One suggestion : we wanted to listen to his comments, but ended up having no time to just sit and reflect on the majesty of the painting. Perhaps a few minutes of quiet time would be appropriate. Otherwise, great!m

Felt the tour guide was very knowledgeable. The day was very hot and we could have used a water stop or been given a water on the bus to have.

we just made it to the bus. I did not know we were Not leaving from the tour office at the church of last super. we had to run 2 miles in a city we did not know to try and find another office and literally 2 minutes the bus left....you must let people know coming form afar not to just meet where the last super painting is.

I thought the tour was excellent and our guide was very knowledgeable. I think that it would be useful to make the dress code for entering g the Duomo clearer when booking as I was nearly caught out by this

Where do these reviews come from?
About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made. In the cases that there is an issue that we have to address, such as refunds or specific complaints, we flag the review for response. In those few cases, any star rating is immediately taken into account in our ratings but the actual review is only posted once we have resolved the issue or had an opportunity to respond. Any editorial comment will be clearly highlighted like this: [Tickitaly responds: .....].
Are these reviews real or have you faked them?
All of the reviews and star ratings have come from people that have purchased tickets from us. We are very proud of the service and products that we provide, but obviously we aren't perfect and sometimes things go wrong. Once we have addressed any problems that a customer has had, we will process the original review (although we reserve the right to fix minor typos like ticketitaly).
If a review contains offensive language, abuse or personal insults, we'll publish the stars but omit the text.
