The whole experience was so smooth from the moment of booking to receiving the tickets. They contacted me regarding my order and tried to sort out any questions I had.
Once in Rome the fast track tickets were superb, we were in the Colosseum taking in the sights.

I can't say enough about this site and how easy it was to order tickets for the Colosseum. When we got there I was amazed at how easy it was. Once we went through security we were able to get into the line straight into the Colosseum. Wonderful visit.

Very impressed with the ease of getting into the Vatican with Tickitaly but the Vatican museums was far too crowded and we felt we were herded round like cattle.

Excellent, we didn’t have a tour, but get to through the turnstiles was easy having booked a time slot, I would highly recommend people to do this as the queues were long, over a 2 hour wait, where as we went in, in less than 10 minutes.

We pre-printed the tickets prior to the visit and joined the security queue 15 minutes before our allocated 10.25am entry time (you can only gain entry 10 minutes early). We passed through security and scanned the tickets and were in within 7-8 minutes, absolutely fantastic compared to the rip-off 'skip-the-line' at The Vatican City the day before.
The self guided tour of the Colosseum and the Roman Forum was truly great and very memorable.

- About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
- Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
- Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
- Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
- Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
- Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
- Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed.
