Leaha was a fabulous tour guide. She was informative and extremely interesting. I would recommend her highly and would love to take any tour that she was involved in. She made our trip to the Colosseum a memorable experience.

Excellent guide full of information who really brought the Colleseum to life. It was well worth paying a little more to see the restricted areas.

We had the best tour of the Colosseum with the best guide Rafa!! It was very easy to find the representative with the tickets outside the Colosseum. Both children and adults enjoyed the visit very much and the visit to the dungeons were extraordinary exciting!

Guides were some of the best we had in Italy - tour is a "must do" in Rome - don't waste time on the regular Colosseum tour where you do not get to the most fascinating parts, go on this one!

Absolutely first class. Our guide Elaine was very informative, enthusiastic, pleasant and very amusing.
The whole trip was over 3 hours but time just flew by.
Highly recommended.

Fabulous tour! The tour guides were extremely knowledgeable in the Roman history and it was a plus that we got to go to the upper levels and dungeons where other tours did not. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Our guide was terrific! She clearly loved history and sharing it with others. She did a great job of bringing the past alive for us and building a historical framework to pull it all together.

Good visit, although a little long. Our voucher said about 3 hours (I think), and it went over by about 45 minutes, which was tiring. Still, our tour guide was spectacular. It felt like visiting these sites with a teacher. She was so knowledgeable!

- Where do these reviews come from?
- About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
- Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
- Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
- Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
- Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
- Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
- Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made. In the cases that there is an issue that we have to address, such as refunds or specific complaints, we flag the review for response. In those few cases, any star rating is immediately taken into account in our ratings but the actual review is only posted once we have resolved the issue or had an opportunity to respond. - Are these reviews real or have you faked them?
