Overview
This tour leaves from Milan at 7:15 AM arriving at the Gulf of Poets on the scenic Ligurian coast at Manarola. The 'five lands' are a UNESCO World Heritage site, perched on one of Italy's most beautiful stretches of coastline.
You'll have some free time to explore the village, the narrow streets running down to the harbour, and perhaps the 13th century Church of San Lorenzo. Next it's a short train ride to Monterosso al mare, the largest (although none are 'large') of the CInque Terre. You'll have free time here to explore, rest, grab some lunch before embarking on a memorable 90 minute boat trip, along the coast to Portovenere and on to La Spezia where your coach will be waiting for your return trip.
This tour runs from April until the end of October on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, and is in English only apart from Fridays, when the tour is in both English and Spanish.
