Guided tours of the Uffizi Gallery, Florence, Italy
Tickitaly have partnered with a long-established Florentine tour operator in order to offer additional Uffizi guided tours. There are two reasons for this. Firstly, you may prefer to opt for a guided tour as a preference - there is, after all, a very great deal to see across the numerous rooms and corridors of the Uffizi! Secondly, it's a further attempt to minimise the number of 'sorry, fully booked' messages that we have to send out in response to summertime Uffizi availability requests. Oh, and don't forget - no queuing! We offer similar tours of the Accademia Gallery (home to David), and, should you be interested in tours of both galleries, a combined reduced-priced ticket or the same thing with lunch included.
The tours last approximately 90 minutes - all you need to do is arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the tour starts, enjoy the sensation of bypassing the queues, present your voucher, and you'll be inside the Uffizi, ready to discover this most wonderful of galleries in the presence of an expert guide.
The tour is available all year round at 4.30 in the afternoon (excluding 25th December and 1st January), and at 09.00 in the morning or 04.30 in the afternoon between the 2nd of May and the 31st of October. Tours are available in English, Italian, French, German and Spanish. Children up to and including the age of 5 pay nothing, all other tickets are full price.
Simply select the ideal date for your visit using the calendar below. Next, click the green button and our system will automatically present you with the relevant ticket options and pricing for that date. Tickets are fully inclusive and are all 'skip the line' tickets (you'll find some additional information further down this page).
(Do remember that dates are in European (day-month-year) format, and that the Uffizi Gallery is always closed on Mondays.)
HOW YOU'LL GET YOUR TICKETS:
To reserve an Uffizi Gallery guide tour, just fill out the booking form, supply us with credit card details, and we'll do the rest. There will be no charge whatsoever until we confirm your reservation. We'll then point you to our secure page, where you can print out your entry voucher. Print it out, take it with you to the Uffizi and present it at the pre-arranged meeting point. As simple as that!
The tour lasts approximately 90 minutes, after which time you're free to continue exploring the gallery under your own steam. The price includes the entrance ticket, the guide and the audio system that is compulsory for groups of more than ten people - this is necessary to avoid a battle-to-be-heard between various tour groups.
You may view a location map here, and we have also have some visitor information here; should you be at the planning stages of your trip, allow us to point you towards ahotelinitaly.com for Florence hotels, all with instant online reservation.
