Airport shuttle transfer service from Florence airport into central Florence.
It would perhaps be wise to start off by stressing that this service runs from Florence airport. As in the airport just outside Florence, not the one in Pisa that various low cost airlines have taken to calling Florence airport.
This is a quick and easy way of getting into town, direct to your hotel in Florence, with various pick up and drop off times across the day. Depending on traffic time the journey town into the ciy centre is between 20 and 40 minutes, and once in town you'll be taken directly to your hotel (we'll need your flight and accommodation details during the booking process).
If your flight is delayed then we'll provide you with an emergency contact number so that the drive can arrange for a later pickup. In the case of no notification (or an on-time landing with a customer 'no-show') then the driver will wait for 30 minutes before heading off. When it comes to the return leg (we sell single as well as return tickets) then the driver will wait at the hotel for up to 20 minutes after the pre-arranged pickup time.
All taxes, toll charges and driver's fees are included in the price. Please note that there will be no refunds if flights are cancelled or subject to long delays ... travel insurance covers that sort of thing!

HOW YOU'LL GET YOUR TICKETS:
To reserve your shuttle transfer, just fill out the booking form, supply us with credit card details, and we'll do the rest. There will be no charge whatsoever until we confirm your reservation. We'll then point you to our secure page, where you can print out your voucher. Print it out, take it with you and show it to the driver who'll be waiting in the arrivals lounge (or meeting you at your accommodation). As simple as that!
