"Milan tour with a last supper ticket" option is something you should not miss when in Milan. My experience with Tickitaly started with this tour. The very first impression was unforgettable! it was near perfect except the weather. It was very hot near 36 deg on the day of our tour. WATER BOTTLES COULD HAVE BEEN KEPT IN THE BUS FOR SALE

A great tour and selection. One bit of constructive criticism is that our tour guide, although good and knowledgeable, had a very strong accent which made her difficult to understand her English at times. We both speak Spanish so we were happy to be able to understand that!

The tour of the DUOMO and the Galleria was well done, as was the short visit to La Scala. Driving around the old part of Milan, culminating with the Leonardo Di Vinci "Last Supper" was well done.

Better than we expected. I've told lots of people about Tickitaly already. The guide was particularly good, as she knew everything and spoke almost the entire time. My wife and I really enjoyed the background, history and information, it makes you realise how much you would miss without a tour guide! Brilliant, we would strongly recommend and book again :) You should make more of the fact that you queue jump at the Cathedral and walk straight in at the Last Supper, we would have bought the tickets for that alone!

Organisationally it was perfect - no issues and can't think of any improvements. The guide was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The mixture of bus & visit was about right. And Milan is a great city. It was my 1st time there but I will return.

Coach was easy to find, clean, comfortable with good air-con. guide was very informative and friendly. We started off visiting the Castello and the last statue carved by Michelangelo, didn't do much for me but the castle was impressive, We went to the Piazza Scala but La Scala was shut so we were given tickets to visit at another day which we did without any problems, while we were there they were having a full dress rehearsal on stage which included a real and very lively horse being driven on stage, it really was magnificent, the theatre is beautiful and well worth a visit, next on the tour was the Galleria where everyone put their heels on the bull's balls and span around for luck, after this we went to the church of Santa Maria which I went in, then for the Last Supper, it was so much better and bigger than I imagined and the short amount of time flew past, spare a few moments for the painting of the crucifixion at the opposite end if you can and try not to ask about conspiracy theories and if one of the disciples is really a woman, what do you expect the guide to say?Just appreciate the painting . Another brilliant tour and highly recommended.

The tour was terrific, with our tour guide being fabulous. He could not have been better. it was also great to be on a bus between the sights and stops as it would have been far too much walking long distances to see all we saw. Highly recommend.

Our tour guide was passionate and knowledgeable. Having only 1 day in Milan, I really enjoyed the tour. Last Supper was the highlight.

Where do these reviews come from?
About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made. In the cases that there is an issue that we have to address, such as refunds or specific complaints, we flag the review for response. In those few cases, any star rating is immediately taken into account in our ratings but the actual review is only posted once we have resolved the issue or had an opportunity to respond. Any editorial comment will be clearly highlighted like this: [Tickitaly responds: .....].
Are these reviews real or have you faked them?
All of the reviews and star ratings have come from people that have purchased tickets from us. We are very proud of the service and products that we provide, but obviously we aren't perfect and sometimes things go wrong. Once we have addressed any problems that a customer has had, we will process the original review (although we reserve the right to fix minor typos like ticketitaly).
If a review contains offensive language, abuse or personal insults, we'll publish the stars but omit the text.
