  1. We’re somewhat late to the blog party, so for a while this area will be a bit thin – across on the main site we have always had a page featuring customer comments, right back to when we were very, very young, but we would very much appreciate some comments and feedback in order that we may post them here and begin to improve services and hopefully let you help future visitors to Italy.
    We also have a main FAQ page, but we’d like that to become more of a dialogue, so please ask any questions in here (or on the dedicated pages for our larger attractions – see link page) from now on. Thank you.

    Just back from City break in Rome with 2 friends – booked Vatican Museum tickets and Collosseum tour via tickititaly before we went – absolutely fantastic.
    The queues for both sites were HUGE and we just walked right past, up to the front, showed our voucher and straight in. Up to desk, got tickets – no queue and on our way.
    They recommend an hour before hand, we needn’t have but that might be different in school holidays.
    Would definately use them again.
