Pisa, Italy - enjoy a guided wine tasting in the heart of the city
Wind down gradually and pleasantly at the end of a packed day's sightseeing and enjoy an introduction to some fine Italian wine, accompanied by some carefully chosen local produce.

The tastings (in a wine bar in the centre of Pisa) last an hour, start at 5.00 PM and are available from Monday to Thursday. You'll taste some wines specially selected to mirror the quality of local production, accompanied by the many delicious tastes of Tuscany.
Wines and accompaniments are likely to change with the seasons, but a typical selection would be:
- A glass of (white) Vermentino Di Bolgheri, with some salmon vol-au-vents and swordfish with rucola salad.
- A glass of (red) Bolgheri Tenuta Argentiera, with some Tuscan crostini and some ostrich ham.
- A glass of (red) La Difesa Tenuta San Guido accompanied by wild boar/deer salamis.

Do please remember that dates are in European (day-month-year) format. Tastings are available from January 1st to June 15th and from September 15th to the end of December.
