If you’re in Florence and intend to visit the Uffizi Gallery, the Pitti Palace Galleries, and the Boboli Gardens (located behind the Pitti and offering both a great getaway and great views of the city), then a combo-ticket offers a good saving, especially in low season.
The Uffizi needs to be the first port of call, but the ticket is then valid for three days, and you can visit the Pitti Palace and the Boboli Gardens at any time.
