This year tickitaly.com have partnered with a long-established Florentine tour operator in order to offer guided tours of the Uffizi Gallery and Michelangelo's statue of David in the Galleria dell'Accademia in Florence, Italy. Should you be planning to visit both of these 'must-sees' then this offering is for you - one tour in the afternoon, one in the morning, and a saving on the combined ticket price! We are also able to go one further and offer a combined Florence gallery tour plus lunch!

A combined, reduced-price ticket for a guided tour of the Accademia and the Uffizi galleries. See two of Florence's most famous attractions in one day.

The Accademia tour allows you to enjoy several masterpieces including Michelangelo's David, 'I Prigioni', 'San Matteo' and the 'Palestrina Pietà'. This morning tour lasts about 75 minutes and starts at 9:30 AM.

The afternoon tour of the Uffizi lasts about 90 minutes (3:30 PM start) and gives an insight into one of the world's greatest art galleries. You'll admire works by such masters as Botticelli, Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci and Raffaelo. The tour ends at the Uffizi Terrace with a splendid view over the city's most important monuments. After the tour you'll be free to remain in the gallery, exploring further at your own pace.

For groups of more than eight people it is obligatory to use the 'Whisper' audio system. Your guide will be talking into a small microphone and you'll each be listening on special earpieces. This is included in the price.

HOW YOU'LL GET YOUR TICKETS:

The experience was excellent. The only point to note (which is outside of Tickitaly’s control) is the significant delays at the Accademia museum.

Our tour guide at the Accademia was fantastic. The tour itself was great also. At the Uffizi, the tour was good, but the guide was hard to understand. I think some of it was due to the sound equipment they use. It could use an upgrade.

The tour was conducted without the whisper head phones which made it difficult to hear the tour guide. The tour guide seemed knowledgeable but her English wasn't great, so she had difficulty going off-script to answer questions. Narration was very basic.
