Tour was perfect. For me and my daughter of 9 was it great experience. She was not bored for a minute thanks to our fantastic guide. Francesco is the best guide we could wish for! Worth every cent! Thanx

Excellent idea. Bypassed the extremely long lines outside in 100 deg F heat, even when inside we bypassed all the crowed, with a knowledgable patient guide. THE only way to visit Vatican

We truly enjoyed the pace and breadth of the Vatican tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and took her time to explain key sites and attractions, not only from an artistic perspective but interjected historical facts.

Deborah was FANTASTIC. She is so easy to listen to and made the tour even more enjoyable. We loved having her. To boot, she saw a family she gave a tour to the previous day, on our tour and she went over to say hi. They all greeted her with enthusiasm! She is definitely a keeper!!

The private tour with Ms. Deborah was fantastic. She meet us on time and there was no waiting in line. She took the time to explain every little detail and gave us some information on little know facts that was most interesting. We will never take a tour or book train reservation in Italy without the use of your company. Great job.

Our guide was wonderful as was the company as I got the time wrong, confused with previous day. They contacted us and waited while we rushed to our tour. Then the guide gave us the most amazing tour.

Again a fabulous once in a lifetime experience. Our guide was the best. We had varying ages and interest levels and she kept us all engaged. Now if you could only do something about the heat and humidity this summer it would be perfect.

The tour was great. Our guide, Mrs. Deborah, was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She helped us focus on the high points and was patient when we wanted to take a little time looking. She answered all of our questions and provided a lot of background detail we would not have known to ask. I highly recommend her tour.

Outstanding. Our guide was fantastic. She was a Vatican historian, had great insights, answered all our questions with intelligent factual answers...and, of course, skipping the line was also great. Overall, a great value...we were very very happy with the experience.

Our tour guide, Elena, was wonderful. She met us outside the entrance with a wonderful smile. Elena was a wealth of information. She easily picked up on what was interest to us and what was not and when with it. We enjoyed a wonderful tour with Elena in the beautiful Vatican City, the Sistene Chapel and St. Peters.

Francesco is an excellent tour guide. I have recommended your company to several other people already. He is extremely knowledgeable and very attentive to the people in his group. We were there on a Saturday in June and it was very crowded and hot. He let us go at our own pace and checked to be sure we had sufficient opportunity to get water or rest breaks.

Where do these reviews come from?
About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made. In the cases that there is an issue that we have to address, such as refunds or specific complaints, we flag the review for response. In those few cases, any star rating is immediately taken into account in our ratings but the actual review is only posted once we have resolved the issue or had an opportunity to respond. Any editorial comment will be clearly highlighted like this: [Tickitaly responds: .....].
Are these reviews real or have you faked them?
All of the reviews and star ratings have come from people that have purchased tickets from us. We are very proud of the service and products that we provide, but obviously we aren't perfect and sometimes things go wrong. Once we have addressed any problems that a customer has had, we will process the original review (although we reserve the right to fix minor typos like ticketitaly).
If a review contains offensive language, abuse or personal insults, we'll publish the stars but omit the text.
