Stefano made us feel most welcome speaking excellent English. He was patient answering all our questions with anecdotal and factual information. He is extremely knowledgeable giving us a great insight into the history, culture, politics, economy, architecture and life in Venice. Stefano made this tour most enjoyable and was very generous with his time .

We really enjoyed this tour as well. Our guide was informative and funny, bringing to life some great stories. the tale of Casanova was particularly interesting. Highly recommended.

The tour itself was very interesting. Our guide, Paola definitely knew her subject and had some very interesting tidbits of information to share. The tour was just the right length - long enough to understand the subject but not so long that we were bored. Very well organized and presented. It was nice to have a small group also.

The guide was absolutely brilliant. She had clearly taken time to get to know the history of the doges palace, she was knowledgable, interesting and put across an enthusiasm for the subjects that even inspired us to learn more after the tour (we've purchased books that she referenced as she got us hooked on finding out more detail!).
The headsets were a great idea, it was easy to follow what was being said even in crowded areas.
Ticket booking online was efficient and we were pleased not to have to queue for tickets at the palace itself as well as being able to get access to the secret itinery, which was sold out at the palace itself on the day we wanted.
Would definitely use tickitaly again, your tour really made our trip.

The tour was great and informative and a great way to see secret areas not available in the general tour. While this tour was a bit pricier than the general one from the Doge's Palace website, it was a great option when other sites are sold-out.

- Where do these reviews come from?
- About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited.
