Our tour guide was excellent. I really really wish I could remember her name. She was very nice and very informative. We really enjoyed her commentary on the Palace tour.

This secret tour is amazing. I like to go through the old prison area and the stories happened in it. The tour guide is a good story teller. We enjoy our visit.

Visit was quite superb. We spent almost three hours exploring the palace before our tour with the excellent guide Paola, which added much to the experience. The ticketing process could not have gone smoother. We exchanged our voucher for tickets (and instructions on where to go) without any waiting or delay at all.

museum was great! The experience would be much better if the Palace would accepted a QR code, so no ticket printing requirement!
