Years ago we had a tour of the Vatican and Sistine Chapel. Our previous tour can not begin to compare with the incredible Tickitaly tour we had with Privileged entry on October 7, 2016. Our tour guide was absolutely amazing. His knowledge of the Sistine Chapel and Vatican is wonderful. He provided us with a comprehensive tour complete with historical information and data. He encouraged questions and welcomed our comments. There were 9 people in our group. We wish we could give Tickitaly more than 5 stars and will recommend them to everyone. Without a doubt, it is the best tour company we have ever had the pleasure of using and plan to use them again on our next visit.

Our guide Raphaela was wonderful and very informative. Privileged entry would have been better even earlier as it became extremely crowded pretty quickly.

Our guide was fantastic! My only regret is that it goes so quickly through some areas of the museum. I would probably want another hour or so. Highly recommend.

Our guide, Elaine, was fantastic and I have already recommended her to several people. She was knowledgeable and passionate about art and funny too. The Sistine Chapel was stunning since we had early access we could really enjoy it. The Vatican museum was too crowded to enjoy. The museum should have timed access because it was packed solid and you could not see anything or hear well. Very unpleasant experience even with a great guide.

- Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
- Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed.
