My son and I loved the Colosseum tour and he was really amazed that we were able to enjoy the top level and the dungeons without a huge crowd around us. Great tour guide who really knew the history and interesting anecdotes about the sites.

I can't remember our guide's name but she was absolutely marvelous. Going in a small group was definitely better than being part of a larger tour group. The tour of the Colosseum (even though we were part of a larger group) was still fantastic and it was great that our tour guide gave us further information before we proceeded to the forum. The guide's knowledge of the forum was also amazing. My husband and I had an amazing time on this tour and would highly recommend this tour again.

Loved the small group. Felt the Roman Forum portion of the tour was limited, would have seen more of it if I had been on my own.

The smaller tour guide was better because we didn't need to use radios or headphones to hear her. When we latched on to the larger group, it was hard to hear because the radios didn't work very well. I would give the first tour a 5 and the second a 3

Fourm guide was very informative and always concerned that we were enjoying ourselves. Colosseum guide was also good however, there was a concert the night of our tour which limited the experience.

The English speaking guides do speak English, but were difficult for many of us to understand. Although they were happy to repeat themselves and were a wealth of great information and insight!

Fantastic guides for both tours, only 6 of us for the Forum with Alfredo who couldn't have been more helpful. Larger group for the Colosseum but Anna Marie was great too.

Our guide, Rosanna, was fantastic. I wish she could have continued with us inside the Colesseum, but new policy dictates that only Colesseum guides can conduct tours inside the Colesseum. Rosanna was fantastic!

Our guide for the Forum part, Rosanna, was fantastic. Her English was perfect and accent free. She spoke clearly and TO us. She was knowledgeable and you could tell she really enjoys sharing her Italy with tourists. One comment though: It was a little hard to find her in the crowd with just a small clipboard. Perhaps you could give your guides a flag, or something more obvious to make it easier to spot them.

Where do these reviews come from?
About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made. In the cases that there is an issue that we have to address, such as refunds or specific complaints, we flag the review for response. In those few cases, any star rating is immediately taken into account in our ratings but the actual review is only posted once we have resolved the issue or had an opportunity to respond. Any editorial comment will be clearly highlighted like this: [Tickitaly responds: .....].
Are these reviews real or have you faked them?
All of the reviews and star ratings have come from people that have purchased tickets from us. We are very proud of the service and products that we provide, but obviously we aren't perfect and sometimes things go wrong. Once we have addressed any problems that a customer has had, we will process the original review (although we reserve the right to fix minor typos like ticketitaly).
If a review contains offensive language, abuse or personal insults, we'll publish the stars but omit the text.
