Had a great visit. Show up 15 minutes before your time (like the ticket states) and prepare before they scan your ticket for the standard security scan...so get all the metal out of your pockets.

The tower was very impressive and a climb to the top was a great experience. The only recommendation is that tickets say to be there 15 minutes prior to booked time but rep at the tower entrance told us to come back a few minutes before. Considering it was raining, waiting the extra 10-15 in the rain was not ideal (even with umbrellas!).
