tickitaly.com - sightseeing, not queueing.

Queues to enter Florence Cathedral (Duomo), Santa Maria del Fiore, are very, very long in high season, and you may well have a wait of hours. This tour sees a full skip-the-line access to the cathedral via a special reserved side entrance. You'll then enjoy an hour long tour in the company of a professional english speaking tour guide, not only of the cathedral but also of the 'sunken' cathedral that lies in the crypt ofthe current duomo. Ordinarily there is no visitor access to this part of the cathedral - this is a very limited-access tour.

At a glance details:

  •   This is a full 'skip-the-queue' ticket.
  •   Please remember that as you'll be visiting a religious place that you'll need to dress respectfully - to not do so risks being denied entrance.
  •   This is a group guided tour. If the group numbers over 7 people you will be listening to the guide via headsets and the Whisper© system.
  •   The tour lasts approximately 1 hour.
  •   You'll be meeting by the cathedral bell-tower.
  •   This tour is not accessible to wheelchair users.
  •   You may use a copy of your voucher on a mobile device to gain admittance.
  •   You will be part of a group tour that will number under 24 people.
  •   The date and time of your visit cannot be modified so please be sure to arrive on time - it's recommended that you're there at least 15 minutes before start time.

Due to Coronavirus many venues and events are applying strict entry conditions. These will vary by venue but common examples are:

  • You must wear a compliant CE mask (Ordinanza RT n.48) which covers both mouth and nose.
  • Disposable single-use gloves must be worn at all times.
  • Hands (or gloves) must be cleaned with a disinfectant gel on entry.
  • Your temperature (which will be measured on entry) must not be above 37.5°C.
  • Visitors must maintain a social distance of 1.8m at all times.
  • There may be a maximum visitor limit in place - in some cases this may lead to delays

If you are denied entrance because of failure to meet entry conditions, no refunds will be available.
