There are three sizes of accommodation at the villa - Bilocale (9 apartments), Trilocale (1 apartment) and Quadrilocale (1 apartment) - two, three and four-roomed apartments respectively.
Bilocale: Composed of a double bedroom, a kitchen-living room and a bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed for two people.
Trilocale: Two double bedrooms and a kitchen-living room. One of the bedrooms also has a sofa bed for two people and the bathroom is off one of the two rooms.
Quadrilocale: This apartment has two double bedrooms, bathroom and a spacious kitchen-living room (with fireplace). The living room has two sofa beds, each for two people.
