HOW YOU'LL GET YOUR TICKETS:

To reserve tickets for an Uffizi Tour, just fill out the booking form, supply us with credit card details, and we'll do the rest. There will be no charge whatsoever until we confirm your reservation. Please note that as this is a group tour, our standard 'log in and print out your voucher' system does not apply - in this case your voucher will be sent directly via email once the tour has been confirmed.

Unlike our standard procedure for booking Uffizi tickets, where we take your requests and contact the Uffizi directly to check availability, our Uffizi Tours are pre-booked - entrance is 100% guaranteed on the day/time selected. You'll meet our tour guides at the entrance reserved for advance reservations (note - marked as 'Entrance number one'), and you'll be inside the gallery within minutes - no queueing, no uncertainty.

The tour lasts approximately three hours (in English), after which time you're free to continue exploring the gallery under your own steam. The price (42 Euro) includes the entrance ticket, the guide and the audio system that is compulsory for groups of more than ten people - this is necessary to avoid a battle-to-be-heard between various tour groups.

Your tour will be definitively confirmed 14 days before the booked date at the very latest - in most cases we'll be able to issue confirmation within a few days of your booking. In the unlikely event that a tour has to be cancelled (there need to be at least 10 people for a tour to go ahead, and group size varies from 10 to 20 people), your entrance to the Uffizi is still guaranteed - you'll be charged the standard ticket fee and see the sights without our tour guide. Whatever happens, your credit card will not be charged until you receive a definitive email response from tickitaly.com.

* These tours offer guaranteed availability in that tickitaly.com have pre-booked these tickets directly with the Uffizi Gallery. We will remove tours from sale once availability is exhausted, but it is possible that we'll receive double orders on the last few remaining tickets - such is the nature of shopping cart systems. Should this happen (and that's very unlikely) we will contact you within 12 hours.
